What is the delivery charge for the items if they are for DIY?

The delivery rates are charged at cost - these will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Can I install the items myself?

Yes - we will assist you in any way possible to help you install the item

Are the items mass-produced?

No - all items made are made to customer orders and as such are individual to each person. They are produced from moulds which have been hand-made by our craftsmen.

What distance will you travel to install the products?

If it is a large project then we will discuss the distance - alternatively we can give the fitting instructions and details of the products to a local craftsman for you.

What lead time is there for the each item?

This depends on the quantity of product required - we will endeavour to give a delivery time but this is dependant on current work committments.

Are the products available from any other source?

No - We do not supply any third parties with our products, therefore each customer and item is individual to the person and location.

Can I see some samples of your products?

These are freely available to see at our shop in Croydon - Even here the full range cannot be seen due to the hundreds of moulds that we carry.
